Aging 102 – Aging Well and Living Well
A lot of change is happening as we move into later life. This workshop builds on content of our Aging 101 program and introduces tools for positive aging. We will provide an overview of annual health prevention strategies, services that support healthy aging, and tips for managing care. The program will include interactive activities and opportunities for discussion.
Objectives of the training:
- Learn about principles of healthy aging.
- Learn about wellness and preventive services.
- Learn about resources to promote healthy aging.
- Discuss strategies to accommodate and engage with older adults based on age related changes.
